If you would like to continue on Birth Control with us after your abortion, please bring $125 with you when you come back for your follow-up exam. This includes your follow-up, annual exam and prescription for Birth Control for one year. We do offer the Depo Provera injection at your follow-up exam. If you would like to have Depo please bring $185 with you when you come back for your follow-up, which includes your follow-up, annual exam and Depo shot. • Annual Exam ( includes pelvic exam, breast exam and pap smear) - $160 
• Teen Annual Exam (includes pelvic exam, breast exam and pap smear) - $100
• Depo Provera Injection (includes office visit, urine test, & Depo Injection) - $60 
• Pregnancy Test (Sensitive Urine) - $10   Free on Mondays and Fridays
• Pregnancy Test ( Blood) - $50  One hour results
• Chlamydia & Gonorrhea Test - $70 
• HIV Test - $30
• Ultrasound - $100 
• IUD (includes all labwork, office visits and insertion) Paid over 3 visits. Price varies
• Repeat Pap Smear - $70
• Office Visit - $80
• Office Visit with Exam - $100
• Colposcopy (includes  biopsy) - $330
• Genital Wart Treatment - $50 
• Vaginal Discharge Screening - $100
• HPV Test - $100 
• Additional colposcopy biopsy - $30 
• Urinalysis - $25

Hours of operation

The clinic is open Mon. Wed & Fri 9-5 Tue & Thurs 9-3. There are some Evenings and Saturdays by appointment only.
